Complex motherboard micro–soldering or extensive liquid damage cleaning can take 2–3 working days depending on the structural fault.
We provide a Free Initial Diagnosis for the first 30 minutes of inspecting your device. If the issue is standard, the diagnosis is 100% free. If a complex hardware fault requires deeper technical bench testing beyond 30 minutes, a standard inspection fee applies (£25 PC / £35 Laptop / £45 Mac / £55 Gaming Rig), which is completely waived if you proceed with our recommended repair quote. If we do not possess the technical knowledge to fix your device, you pay nothing.
